Ben pulling a carriage. This was taken when we went to pick him up in Missouri.
Ben is a true storybook stallion. His grace and gentlness are passed on to his foals along with his perfect confirmation, size, curly hair, trainability and kind eye.
We purchased Ben from a wonderful Amish family in Missouri whom we are still in contact with. Ben was their main work horse and is trained to pull single, double and in the lead of a six horse string. We also ride Ben western and bareback. His main work around our ranch is as a stallion and to be the center of attention. Everyone is automatically drawn to him upon first site. One day, we would like to obtain a wagon and have hay rides and a fringe top cart for weddings. Ben is 18.1 H and wieghs 2,100 pounds. He has been DNA tested and is a NON CARRIER of JEB. His breeding fee for the 2010 season is $350 ($100 of this is a non-refundable booking fee). Cooled shipped semen is also available for an additional $350 collection and shipping fee. Collection and shipping provided by: Dr. Amy Stockton (in Riverton Wyoming) Please contact her at 307.856.7764 with any questions. We are also looking into offering frozen shipped semen and will keep you updated on the progress of this exciting new venture! On farm breeding....mare care is $7 each day without a foal at side and $8 each day with a foal at side. Please click on the links to view our Breeding Contracts.....
